Warranties (end user)
All product sold will cover warranty against any defects in materials and / or manufacture in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. The product will be repaired or the parts of the products will be replaced free of charge within 30 days from the date of invoice / shipping date if the product will have defect - according to our technician.
2. The warranty period is only 6 months, else as will be discussed/advised.
3. Warranty voids in case product is damaged - caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration.
4, The repair of any defect or replacement of any parts does not result in any extension of the warranty period.
5. For repair, please send the defective product back to us with a copy of your shipping receipt or receipt from Shipper. The replacement of parts and shipping cost ( onward /return ) will be chargeable to owner or else advised.
6. In case we are not manufacture of the sold item (s), but sources that from other manufactures/suppliers, we will take proper action and provide you our best service but the product will not cover our own warranty/replacement/repair lead time.
