Shipment/Delivery
We Ship immediately in 99.99% cases. However, delivery may take 3 working days after payment confirmed (depends on availability and stock, delivery time may extend up to maximum 7 working days depends on condition. Importing company will be informed on status)
We will be responsible processing the shipment from Custom border Hong Kong, PR China. Tracking number will be provided.
We will not be responsible for any damage, loss cause by transportation mishandling for uninsured items.
Any Custom problem/clearance must arrange by importing company on arrival of destination port

Refund Return and Exchange Policies
We do not offer refund once the item delivered to customer/s.  In case wrong product shipped im error, We will replace it with right item if the product is in its original packaging and not been used/scratched or related problem. We will responsible for 50% shipping costs of all returns. The products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Refund Policies (Circumstantially)
If the ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will complete the order when the item returns to stock or replace the item with other or as will be advised. If we cannot complete the order at any time, a store credit or refund will be authorized at the customers request.

All sale are final, No sales tax is required.
